  • Clothing-

    Returns are only for even exchange or store credit. Store credit may be used online or in person at markets. Items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags or stickers still attached. All returns must be postmarked within 7 DAYS of delivery date. Customer will receive merchandise credit via email/code! We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item appears to be damaged by the customer.

    There will be no credit refunds under any circumstance.

    Please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use usps and purchase tracking. (this option is typically least expensive) We are not responsible for shipping costs, nor for lost items. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for this to process.

    If you are local to Dayton, feel free to arrange a drop off of your items instead of shipping them back.

    Accessories/Candles-

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. All items are hand inspected prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged/defective item or are having troubles with your order, please contact us via email at shopdesertroots@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Please include photos and the order number, so we can effectively address your concern.

    Please Note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted within 48 hours of the item being received, as timestamped by USPS Tracking.

    If items are lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing them. If you prefer to insure your package, you can do so buy purchasing priority mail shipping at checkout.

  • All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description. (such as made to order) Customers are held responsible for reading the descriptions of each item. The 5-7 business day turnaround time does not include shipping time, which may vary based on circumstance.

    First Class Packages typically take up to 3-5 business days

    Priority Mail Packages typically take 1-3 business days.

  • If you choose to pick up your items, I ask that you come to retrieve them within 3 days of fulfillment! My address is provided at checkout AND via email after your order has been fulfilled.

    Note: if you choose this option you are responsible to pick them up by the requested time frame. if you choose this option by mistake and in turn would like to have them shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
